Our Fall Retreat is
a weekend designed exclusively for our Youth Group.  Sign up and bring your friends.  We will go to Camp Ichthus in Palmerton, PA (www.campfish.org).  The weekend will be filled with activities, times for being challenged in God’s word, quiet reflection, and unity building events for our youth group.

Our Theme for the Weekend is "Called To Go"

Pastor Andy  will be leading our discussion as we look at God’s calling of three different men in the Bible
Isaiah, Moses and Abraham.

Cost: $60 (Scholarships are available - contact Pastor Andy)

Friday, 6PM  Leave the Church (stop for dinner)
    8:30PM, Arrive at Camp Ichthus
    9PM, Campfire, Session 1
    11PM, Lights Out!

Saturday, 8:30AM  Breakfast
    9:30AM, Session 2
    10:30AM, Activities and Games
    Noon, Lunch
    1PM, Climbing Wall, King Swing, Zip Line
    5:30PM, Dinner
    7PM, Session 3
    Evening Activities
    11:15PM, Lights Out

Sunday, 8:30AM  Cabin Clean up / Pack up
    9:30AM, Session 4
    10:30AM, Brunch
    Noon, Leave for home
    1:30PM, Arrive at Church

What to Bring:

Bible- Don't leave home without it...

Notebook, Pen

Sleeping Bag, Pillow

Washcloth and Towel      

Warm outdoor clothes

Sneakers, Long pants, Gloves and appropriate clothing for Challenge Course (see waiver)

Toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.)

Spending Money for snack shop, and a stop on way up and back. (optional)

Enthusiasm for fun, fellowship, and learning about God.

Do Not Bring:

iPods, MP3 Players, Gaming devices, etc.

A Negative Attitude

Remember the Cell Phone Policy, and decide if you really need to bring the phone.

Cell Phones are to ONLY be used for emergency purposes, or for calling parents as we return to the church.  Any other usage may result in the loss of the phone until the end of the trip.

 Cost: The total cost for this retreat is $60: payment is due before we leave.  Checks are payable to FBFC Youth

 You must have an up to date Health / Permission form filled out and signed before we go.  You can download a health form here.  If you attended Teen Week in 2011, I probably have one of these for you (Let me know if there have been any changes in your insurance or personal health).  If you have any questions, call the office at 215-256-6026.
